songspinnerHuh - silly me. I didn't check and suddenly a second MEFA that I didn't know I won. Thank you again, to all those who loved the story and reviewed. And the funny part is that I don't really remember writing that story...Pip was explaining and I was taking dictation, I think. Somehow the best ones always work that way. :)
Torchwood picked up for season 2? Yay, but... @#$%! I just want to see season 1. And the rest of this season of Stargate Atlantis. 'Cause Canada and everyone overseas gets stuff first. *sticks out tongue and makes rude noise* Maybe Scifi will get its act in gear soon.
Finally found the perfect Christmas present for my father-in-law, who will enjoy anything with good puns and word-play: a copy of a book entitled "Shakespeare's Insults", which he saw and admired on my shelf. Such a fun volume - a great hit with high school students, in fact...
I need to polish the menorahs, sometime before Hanukkah starts on Friday night. Shiny things tarnish like mad around here.
