Jun. 20th, 2007 06:09 pmOh, ye gods...who apparently have a weird sense of humor. I started my summer teaching job this week - three grades in one classroom, with two subjects for each. Halfway through my panicky first day, the principal shows up and says, "Here's 'R'...your aide. Sorry I forgot to tell you that you had an aide..." Sheesh. So that's a bit easier now.
Four hours of teaching this morning and then two job interviews. Got home to discover a message from a school principal regarding a previous interview. Wants to talk to me. Oooookay...is that an offer or a question? I got home too late to call, so now I have to wait until tomorrow. Sleep???
So cross your fingers and toes and whatever (I'll give virtual massage if they cramp or anything.. :).
Random cool thing...wandered into a thrift store yesterday and found a Jan Peerce cd and a linen Ann Taylor skirt in a pretty shade of pale blue. Paid a total of 6 dollars. Nice.
