Shana Tovah, anyone out there celebrating the Jewish New Year just now! :)

Tashlich at the beach tonight (that's a ceremony when one casts breadcrumbs on flowing water to symbolize bad things/sadness/anger/regrets going away and starting the new year fresh)...
Only in Santa Cruz - the rabbi (who's a mom) had her little boy in a wetsuit digging a hole at her feet and trying to get her to look at it while we were singing. And as usual, the seagulls were waiting.
