songspinnerOw. At least I didn't start to pass out or anything during this round of blood tests. (Last time, I had them let me lie down to start with, but this time I did some breathing exercises and that worked).
Seriously mixed feelings about tomorrow - first meeting for my new teaching job; it's the nuts and bolts meeting where they tell you how to get through everything in the first few weeks and who to talk to when you need stuff. But that means I have to fully come to terms with the fact that this new job is really starting, and that I'm going to really be missing people and stuff. Mostly people, I think. Mostly kids, but a few colleagues.
Scary stuff, starting in a whole new school district, and public school as well(that's the free school from the state, for those of you overseas) instead of private school.
Lots of new people over the next week or so, and that's sort of nerve-wracking.
